Terms of Trade
By placing an order through our website you accept these terms and conditions:-
a) Refund Policy We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so we ask that you please choose carefully. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us on 07 839 8726 ext 97845 within 10 working days of delivery. If goods are proven faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantee Act 1993 to either: a) Repair the fault goods, or b) Provide a replacement free of charge, or c) Provide a refund of the purchase price Any damaged items should be reported by phoning us on 07 839 8726 ext 97845 within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will immediately replace any items that are damaged during delivery and are notified to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Replacement items are subject to availability, if we do not have that particular item stocked we will keep you informed as to when delivery will be made. If we are unable to provide a replacement of the item or items for whatever reason, we will offer you a substitute item (if available) or a refund of the purchase price. Please ensure damaged items are returned to the Waikato Breast Cancer Trust in their original and unused condition, with their original packaging within 5 working days of receipt of delivery. if we are required to provide you with a refund we will refund you by cheque or internet banking. Refunds will only be made to a New Zealand bank account. Delivery Policy Goods will be posted or couriered and you can expect delivery within 10 working days. The Waikato Breast Cancer Trust accepts no responsibility for late delivery. Delivery will only be made to addresses within New Zealand. Currency Disclaimer All prices on our website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Orders will only be accepted if payment is made in New Zealand Dollars. |
