The 2010 Hamilton City Pink Walk took place on Thursday 28th October at Innes Common, Hamilton Lake.    Over 1400 people came along to support the Waikato Breast Cancer Trust and help raise funds for our Waikato based breast cancer research programme.

Special Features this year included:

Girl Guiding NZ collected pink bras for their attempt at the world's longest bra chain.  Hundreds of women brought along their unwanted bras which were well received.

Zumba warm-up was by the Gama Gym - Wow what a warm up.   Nearly the whole crowd got involved and Innes Common was jumping to the beat of the music!

The Wai Taiko Drummers did a superb job of welcoming the walkers through the finish line.

A spectacular day was had by all and over $7,000 was raised for our breast cancer research programme.
