Make a Gift in Your Will

A gift in your will is a positive way in which you can help the Waikato Breast Cancer Trust.

A Will is the best way to provide for those you leave behind.  It offers peace of mind, knowing that after you have gone your final wishes will be fulfilled.   As your family grows, it is important to update your Will to reflect changes such as the arrival of children or grandchildren.

By leaving a bequest to the Waikato Breast Cancer Trust, you can extend your legacy to benefit many.  Your gift is not only an investment in the future of your family, friends and loved ones, but also an opportunity to make a difference to thousands of New Zealander's lives, now and in the years ahead.   It's a way to give beyond your lifetime, and make a lasting contribution towards the fight against breast cancer.

No matter how small or large the financial gift is, property or asset you choose to leave us, any donation will be greatly appreciated and put to good use.

Please help us reduce the impact and incidence of breast cancer within our communities, now and in the future, by including the Waikato Breast Cancer Trust in your Will.

For your gift to the Waikato Breast Cancer Trust the following wording is recommended:-

"I give and bequeath (free of all duties) to the Waikato Breast Cancer Trust the sum of (or description of property and assets) for general purposes (or specific purpose) thereof and I declare that the receipt of the secretary or any other proper officer thereof shall be full and sufficient discharge to my trustee for the said legacy nor shall by trustee be bound to see the application thereof."
